At first I was gubra when the producer ( ehemm ehemm u know who u r ) called me and asked if I’m interested to join the production team. It was the day when I quit my job at that big black building in Cyberjaya. Worked for only 4 days, don’t blame me, they put me in the marketing department laa…it was boringgg. I thought to myself, should I or should I not go and meet up with the producer at her office in PJ ? Since I’m only a fresh graduate can I handle this job? Hey…don’t play play..it’s Yasmin Ahmad’s film. What if I screw up? My husband told me to go, goooo, goooooo and there I was sitting with the producer talking about the job. And so the journey begins.
It has been a week since we wrap but it feels like only yesterday I started this job. The shoot was good. Alhamdullillah. I met wonderful people along the journey. The casts, the crew, are like one big family and most importantly, thank you Elyna for giving me the opportunity to be part of your GUBRA family and giving me the chance to work with our “Puan Direktori” Kak Min. Muaaachhh to all….our beloved A.Ds Uncle Pete aka OTT and Pitt, Elyna, Kamariah, Keong, Kak Min, Alex, Vincent, Pojam, konta konti Shikin…my abang-abang sekelian…Badri, Yazid, Zul Blue, Amang, Ah Sang, Ah Yue, Heng, Azzam, Scott, Papa Smurf Anuar King Kong, Mior, Ujang, Azhar, Yan, Faris, Edi…penyeri set, Aunty Zai, Eva, Ina…Bulat, Seng Tat, Gan, Lin, Ritesh, Abang Hasan, road runners Money, Uncle Raju, Vicky, Arul, Nicholas, Shah, Loga and ohhhhh Nan Salleh and Eddy ( halooo they r not the road runners kayyy ). Ehh ada lagi…our catering boys Nik Lokman and the boyssss…and lastly my darling Uncle Raja. Harap-harap tak de yang tercicir. Thank You all.
